To check your order status, log in to your Teabox account and navigate to the "Orders" section. If you registered using an email but ordered with a phone number, try logging in with both. If you still can’t find the information, contact us with your full name, phone number, email ID, and delivery PIN code. For further assistance, write to [email protected] along with the order ID, Full recipient name, address, PIN code, phone number etc.
