We validate customer profiles by email ID or phone number. Orders placed using email will be visible by logging in with that email. Orders placed with a phone number are visible through that number. If you used a phone number for a gift order, tracking details might go directly to the recipient. To resolve issues, provide your email ID, phone number, and recipient details, and we will assist in merging orders or updating tracking information.
