We provide order status updates via email or text/WhatsApp, depending on your method of placing the order. If you placed the order using your email address, you will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. For near real-time tracking, use the tracking number included in this email. The email will contain a link directing you to our delivery partner's website for detailed tracking history. If you placed a gift order without login in to your profile, the tracking details will be sent to the recipient's phone number, as no email address was provided. To merge this order into your profile, please email us with your email address, Teabox and recipient names, and the recipient's phone number.
